Rona Kebab - WEST LAKES

Many decisions in food court, so they would think all food shops are on their game. paid $10.50 for a yaros, lamb was dry, not big. regrets the choice

We were in the suburb of seaton when the starving that only one kebab/Yiros could repair. my sister told me she knew about a Kebab place in the shopping center west lakes. we made our way to westlakes where we found rona kebab. first we were a little surprised, as here in South Australia they are more often referred to as yiros. in any case we were not dried. when we approached the counter, we were served by a middle old man and we started to order. since we were not familiar with the process, we began to list the ingredients we wanted on our yiros. he then interrupted us and explained that we had the opportunity to explain our desired ingredients after adding the meat and the sauce....read more

I have the impression that Mary does not like to serve me coffee. I ordered 2 cappuccino and forgot to mention 2 sugar then she said that I should have let her know as I’m ordering which was 2 seconds ago I placed the order. It wasn’t even passed to the person that makes the coffee and in the end she was the one to make a coffee. I have been coming to this place all the time and that’s how she always treated me. I will not be coming back to this place and I will do my best to spread it around.

This cafe is in a good location situated outside right near one of the entrances into West Lakes shopping centre. Staff are prompt with service. Very spacious cafe with seating indoors and outdoors. Good food and coffee!

Bad service, rude, made to sit outside int he cold whent he cafe was empty and told they were at capacity, when clearly they werent went back the next day and was turned away again, made to sit outside and told they were at capacity when the cafe was empty, when i questioned why we had to sit outside, the waitress was very rude and smartly said we are at capacity and i said but there isnt anyone inthe cafe, then she replied, they are coming, was going to order food dont just assume i just wanted coffee, then told we could only sit outside for 15 mins. why not say then before we ordered so we could go elswhere, not sure why this service was so bad , then let other people into the cafe while we sat outside. 4 people then left and still we could not enter and got told again, we are at capacity, i wont be spending my money here anymore, i have always like their food and spent a lot of money of the years, not anymore, have your staff do some customer service training. if your cafe is empty why cant we come in and sit inside not outside in the cold if tables are available.
