This is the worst Starbucks that I have ever been to. If you go here, allocate 30min-1hour to get your drink. The workers are working as hard and fast as they can, but there is never enough of them. This has been a problem for 2+ years now.
They dont accept mobile order although you can order it online? even if you ordered you still need to wait in line to talk to them? They need more people here. Standing in line for 30 minutes and then need to wait for order. So many students here and only 3 staff working on all orders. Endless line and order cannot be done on time with just 3 people. Add more people here.
Staff was very nice, but it is very obvious that this location is not equipped to handle the demand for it. I ordered a simple iced coffee straight off the menu and it took about 20-30 minutes.
The problem isn?t that this place is the worst branch, it?s Starbucks doesn?t do any thing to fix this branch problems. Besides, 2 orders via Starbucks app canceled but haven?t refunded my money even after I contacted customer service. ????
