Copper Moon Coffee - West Lafayette

I always like to support local coffee shops and copper moon has been out of the opposite since I have. I tried the new situation of 52 on the west side of the city that was previously a bank. I went through the drive and I am always interested in seasonal drinks. I ordered the cookies and cream cold brew. the biscuits and cream cold form smell amazing and tasted like cookies and cream; I really enjoyed this drink!

They are severely understaffed. I went through today at 10am and they were not serving food (the whole reason I went) because they were backed up on drinks, so I left. Then I came back just now at 2:30 and they are closed. They regularly do not have what they're supposed to have in stock. Ultimately just not a satisfactory experience. I'm at Starbucks right now, and even though the wait is longer, at least it's consistent.

Stopped in after an appointment. No one acknowledged me when I walked in. I stood at the “order here” sign for five minutes. Still no one said anything. I left and drove down to Starbucks where they immediately said hello and took my order.

Today was my first time coming into Copper Moon Cafe! I was greeted kindly by a girl who later introduced herself as Callie. She made me and my daughter feel so welcomed! I didn’t have much knowledge of the menu and she helped me find the perfect drink for myself! I will definitely be becoming a regular. I was astounded to find out she was brand new! Way to go Copper Moon! Great Job hiring such awesome employees!
