I once waited 5 minutes+ before someone acknowledged me.I also placed a mobile order once and when I arrived after waiting 15 mins I finally asked if one of the bags was mine since they weren’t calling any names out.. it was pushed to me without a word. My food was cold.Yesterday I went through the drive thru and it wasn’t until after she took my payment to tell me it would be a 5 minute wait… which ended up being 9 mins.. I first asked for a refund instead of waiting and she told me I could come back tomorrow with my receipt and ask for another one.. me thinking “I’m just supposed to come back and y’all take me for my word”.. decided to just wait… only to end up with BURNT FOOD.Beyond disappointed.. never had any issues with a single other Dunkin … always ALWAYS this location.. an issues every time and that’s 3 months of going WEEKLY.
Made me over 30 minutes late to work. Got to the drive thru order speaker after 20 minutes. After 5 more minutes told “due to unfortunate circumstances it will be awhile before we can take your order.” Then stuck behind the other people in the drive thru for even longer. :

To the guy with facial hair running around complaining you hate making iced drinks and that you won’t get to take a lunch when it’s only 10:50am, get out of the customer service industry! Coming from management myself, this was definitely a bad hire and toxic to the environment. Overall, horrible experience and time management.
