Neighbours Pub - West Kelowna

Wanted to share the wing night. Our last time there not what we had expected and I wrote a review saying so. Now I want to share the other side of July 31 visit. Great wings and the service was perfect. Drinks came quick as did the food. Our waitress was pleasant ( forgot her name) and came back three times in total making sure we were happy and if there was anything we needed.Thank you Neighbours Pub we will return again.

Food was great on a busy Friday night; people and staff were friendly, great atmosphere. Also great place to watch a sporting event on the tellie.

Stopped in with a girlfriend of mine to grab a quick drink. Happy hour was on from 2-5, and we showed up at 3. Service was good, attentive, but not overbearing. However, when we got our bill, 4 beer = $28. Seemed a bit odd for happy hour. We asked the question, and apparently pints weren't on the happy hour menu- which we'd been brought by our server. At the end of the day, not a major concern, and we paid full price, however, servers may want to specify the difference to customers prior to just assuming. All in all though, seems like a fun place, and a great little Neighbourly Bar.

BAD BAD EXPERIENCE WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND!! Inexperienced staff bad food and they argue that you never paid after you pay them cash with witnesses and THEN STILL SAY YOU NEVER PAID!!! Not a place to go enjoy a birthday party.. SAD REALLY!

The food was really tasty, and the prices were great. Service we received was good and we would definitely recommend this to friends.
