Taco Time - West Jordan

It’s really frustrating when a restaurant serves lukewarm food, then acts like the customer is the issue when politely asking for their money back. How are you gonna serve items at five dollars each and then serve them lukewarm? of course someone’s gonna ask for a refund or to be remade…. Won’t return to this location

Not good at all not friendly always forgot somthing or not fresh!! bad attitudes!!

Came through the drive thru tonight and when she repeated the order back to me I realized it wasn't right. I repeated it again and she was annoyed when I asked if she could repeated it back to me one more time to double check the order. When I got home I realized the order was wrong so I had to come back and have them fix it. Not a huge deal. The three lady's were so rude though and started talking bad about me to each other while the window was still open. I apologized and asked if they needed my receipt because I still had it with me. She walked towards the window with her back towards me totally ignoring me and closed it while continuing to saying rude things. I could hear everything with the window closed. I will be driving to a further location from now on because of the terrible customer service I experienced tonight.

What the freak is up with their ranch? Why was it so watered down? Had to just throw it away. It was literally white water.

First time being to a taco time in along time and it was a ton better than taco bell. Plus the manager gave us some free food. Thank you taco time clean place with friendly staff
