La Luna Mexican - West Jordan

I guess it's great for Americanized Mexican food... I had the chicken chimichanga. The chicken was flavorless. The salsa was way watery.

The last two times the customer service at the front of the house, owner and his mom, has been horrible. No thank you, how was your food, nothing. The wait staff has been great so that is a bright spot. Just so disappointing as they own the business and they should be glad people want to eat their food and come to their restaurant. We're sad as we love the food, but this is unacceptable. We have given them chances and it just seems to get worse With each visit. We ordered take out to try and see if that was any better. Nope, no thank you, nothing. We sure miss the owners daughter as she made us feel welcome.

Chips ok and hot sauce too hot and I like spicy but this was not enjoyable. Have been here in the past, the help was rude and I'm oblivious

We love La Luna. We got at least every other week. Typically always for smothered burritos but lately been loving the chicken chimichanga. Lately the chile verde hasn't been too hot so that's been nice!

The owner of this restaurant is usually acting as the hostess. She is the least pleasant, least welcoming woman ever. When the owner is behaving in such a manner, it is hard to expect much of the rest of the staff. The food is good most of the time. Sometimes a little bland.
