Pasta Fresh - West Jefferson

I got the garlic pasta with mushrooms and shrimp and Caprese salad. The caprese salad was good but I just felt it needed something more. It consisted of tomatoes, fresh basil, mozzarella balls and pesto. All the ingredients were mixed up together unlike what I am use to having. I think the missing ingredient was salt which would have combined the flavors better. As for the pasta it was served in a Chinese like take out box. This made it difficult to eat easily all the toppings were piled on top. The dish itself was watered down so the garlic flavor was drowned out. The shrimp and mushrooms however were cooked perfectly but needed more flavor. Staff were super nice and accommodating.

The name truly reflects the experience. The pasta is incredible, and the customer service is exceptional!

Incredible food! I tried the mushroom fettuccine pasta with Carolina Romano cream, fresh mozzarella, mushrooms, and broccoli, and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff at the counter were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back!

Small and cute, and perfect for outside dining. Order your pasta type and your toppings--marinara, EVO, Carolina cream sauce, spinach, broccoli, pesto, mushrooms, meatballs. Yummy! Or, take it to go in a Chinese-takeout carton! Very cute!

I really enjoyed my lunch there! The portions were generous and everything was very fresh. I had the black pepper fettuccine with garlic shrimp and asparagus.
