Little Caesars Pizza - West Jefferson

So nice employees!! The lady came out and gave us some cookies with our pizza because we have a tough day. So sweet!

Pizza pizza!! The Caesar has stepped his game up! I don't know if it's our local one that's so great or if it's in general. But we love it. They do a great job running it and help out the young workforce with an opportunity. We love how quick and ready the food always is and of course it's prices.

This place is supposed to have hot and ready pizza's. I have worked at a little Caesars before it is not that hard to get them through that oven and on the rack. I walked in n after 15 minutes of waiting to be told it was gonna 10 minutes for our pizza that is supposed to be hot and ready as advertised. I don't know who the management is but they honestly need to get a grip these kids look they are standing around talking rather than doing their job.

Twice I have ordered online and I had to wait over 45 minutes for both. The second time they gave my pizza to the wrong guy and he brought it back and then they left it on the counter and tried to give it to me. I don't want to take a pizza someone else had taken and then had been left to sit on the counter. The guy didn't seem like he wanted to make me a new one. I would give less than one star if I could. They had gotten several other people's orders wrong the second time I had went in. Others had been waiting a long time also. Don't go here unless you don't mind waiting a long time for either the wrong order or for them to leave the order just sitting out on the counter.

Normally very good pizza and service. Today 09/29/2020 the service was terrible. Ordered online and receipt said ready 6:04-6:09. At 6:16 walked in and the young girl up front went to the back and came back up saying there never got a good after telling me they thought it was a extra. No apologies or correcting just stating that they could remake the pizza. I had to ask how long she said 10 minutes and nothing else. This is the worst customer service I have ever had at little Caesars. Normally an apology or compensation for your time but not here on this night. I get young people need to work, but a manager or someone in authority should be available to handle there screw-ups. I normally order at least once a week, but it might be a while now. Mistakes happen but good customer service goes a long way on how you respond.
