Mcdonald's - West Islip

One of our favorite McDonald's branch to stop for a fast meal. They give free ice cream for children under 12 years of age during our visit.

Had a wonderful conversation with the very personable manager Ryan! He remembered that my husband came when he drove school bus a few years ago and during the conversation found that we know some of the same people and are also familiar with the other locations of the franchise owners. The location is busy, but well maintained and the staff is fast, the orders prepared and to customers. Great location! Say Ryan Hello!

Place was clean and busy! Service was amazing! First order new crispy chicken sandwich and it was on point!

My fries were old and there were no straws provided. The Big Mac was also much smaller than expected and they charged extra for beef when there was none. The location in Puerto Rico was much better as the meat matched the bun and was thicker than the one here. Additionally, the staff always had a friendly smile there, unlike here. The service for takeout dinner was average, with a rating of 3. The price per person ranged from $20-30. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 3.
