I wish I could give no stars. The lady taking my order could not care less that I was there and didn’t even know what was on the menu. A joke of an establishment. Panera should be ashamed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Service is poor at best. They are understaffed and rude. A woman started my order then walked away to take care of someone else and forgot about. When I asked for my bagel the woman was rude and threw my dish at me. Other customers just look. I had been standing there waiting almost 15 minutes. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20

Ordered 2 large coffees. The light roast was out, the hot water was out. The only one available was Dark Roast but it was room temperature with a stale burnt flavor. The bagel, however, was fine. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Food: 1

The girl taking our order was fantastic. She was kind and helpful and very perky. She had some great suggestions for additions to compliment our meal. The restaurant was clean and the food tasted fresh and delicious. I highly recommend! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
