The Gardens Of Taxco - West Hollywood

I 've ordered many times before, and although they have missed notes to send or remove certain items, I was okay dealing with that. However, last night, 8/27, there was a lack of communication and efficiency between the restaurant and Uber Eats. After communicating with the restaurant and the Uber driver for 1.5 Hours (yes, one and a half hours), the food was never picked up. There were many ways for the restaurant to fix this or communicate with me as a regular customer, and there were ways for the restaurant to communicate with Uber Eats, but none of that happened. Had I not taken action by calling and spending additional time canceling the order, chatting with Uber Eats, and calling the restaurant, no one, like no human, would have given me an update. All I got from the restaurant were excuses .

Uber eats is the worst. I waited for over an hour and a half to get my food because Uber eats wanted to put two orders together. They did eventually refund my order but by then my guests had left and my food was cold. I don’t blame the restaurant but Uber eats sucks… Food was good and I hope Gardens can work out the delivery issues. We need a good Mexican place to figure it out in weho!

Amazing food. Steak burrito was perfect. Bean and cheese is the best I've had. Chicken enchilada with the..cilantro cream sauce I think, was one of a kind.

The burrito I had at The Gardens of Taxco was incredible! The freshness and flavor of the ingredients were perfect. I will definitely be coming back

Take out delivery only only downside but the best and healthiest mexican all in one!
