Soho House - West Hollywood

I love the ambiance and being in a nice environment with friends. SOHO House is a perfect place for meeting new people all three locations in LA

I like that place the food is good with a service to matched , with a table by the window you may have one the most amazing view that Los Angeles as to offer with an upscale clientele

My home away from home. its become a ritual to come here any evening I am out. whether it's having dinner and drinks at the garden or stopping by after date night for drinks and letting loose (aka my white girl dance moves). The views are like no other in LA, and I feel I could truly be myself without judgement. truly a safe place for me. the screening room and photo booth are my absolute favorites if I don't go to the booth did I even go to the house?! service is hit or miss. I have my favorites especially Noah. I also have my list of servers I wish to avoid. I do believe a lot of the staff hardens due to some rude members... I've witnessed some horrific behavior towards them, but it is disappointing when you're being kind and you have an aloof server. I never even got the name of the specific server, but he has his hair like the Weeknd circa 2014 and mumbles. This server is so horrible! Even before he ever served me I observed his behavior and wished i'd never get him. unfortunately, last time I was there for dinner with a guest (whom I forewarned of the spotty service) we had the displeasure of being served by him. he took forever to come to our table it was midweek and not a busy night. we had to ask him 3 times to bring us water, which he finally did about 10 mins after we placed our order... when pouring, he reached over my head to pour someone on the opposite side of me and nearly hit my head with the pitcher! i gasped, but honestly was too uncomfortable to say anything. after that, we did not see him again until it was time to hunt him down for the bill. luckily, Herasto (I hope I spelled his name correctly he's a busser) was nearby. we asked if he could get our server for water, and he took it upon himself to serve us! Herasto was exceptional by far the best service we've had! He had great manners, went above and beyond, never reached over, and brought our guest condiments immediately when asked. we need more Herasto's as servers he reminded me of the exceptional service we have at the Little Beach House!! I hope management sees what a great employee Herasto is and promote him!

Lovely ambiance, amazing views, good service (I had no issue at all last night so was surprised to see others comment about lack of... but the food is meh. I had the wood fired Mary's chicken and it was bland AF lol no wonder it came with romesco sauce haha The hummus was excellent though super silky. Sticky toffee pudding and key lime pie also note worthy. Sushi was standard, salmon was ok, burger was ok. Truffle pizza was not as cheesy as I thought and bottom should have been crispier. Comparing the menu with Warehouse (which had great food Weho should pair down the menu bc it's like 3x the size. Quality over quantity please!!!!

The service was awful from the moment I walked in. If you enjoy rude stick up people than this is the place for you!!
