Rizzuto’s Restaurant And Bar West Hartford

The restaurant was closed, yet OpenTable allowed us to make a reservation! We traveled from the city with family for a special event and ended up without a reservation on a busy Saturday evening. We will not be using OpenTable again, as we are extremely disappointed.

The outdoor seating in the greenhouse is beautiful and includes space heaters for those chilly moments. The food is fantastic; I had the seasonal butternut squash soup, which was delightful. Everything about our meals was exceptional, and our waiter was incredibly friendly, making our evening truly special.

We love dining in the greenhouses! Such a fun environment . Waitstaff always on point and the food is delicious!

We went to Rizzuto’s for my birthday, and it was wonderful! We used one of the outdoor greenhouses and appreciated that it had a heating lamp as it was a bit chillier of an evening for April. Our waitstaff was Breanna and Thomas (he was trading/shadowing), and both were great and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed!

The restaurant is no longer in operation, but it still allowed us to make a reservation on this site. We weren't the only ones who showed up—others had made reservations as well, only to discover that the restaurant was closed.
