Pokemoto - West Hartford

I have tried this location on 3 occasions and will not be returning again. Each time I have experienced rude staff who seem annoyed and angry to have customers walk into the restaurant. I worked in food service for many years, so I understand the exhaustion and frequent understaffing of the industry, but treating customers with this much contempt for entering the restaurant is a problem. My latest experience today also included the employee taking a personal call on their cell phone while preparing my order. Also I would not recommend getting bubble tea here since there are 3 other bubble tea restaurant options within walking distance. Their bubble tea flavor selection is small and the cup sizing is smaller than normal.

Great food and staff! My bowl was delicious. I can not wait to come back.

My boyfriend and I recently were in the area and saw pokemoto as we were driving. We decided to stop in and get some bubble drinks! Not only were they super helpful to help us pick what we wanted, but they were so friendly and welcoming! The drinks they recommended were so good too!

First poke bowl... not disappointed! Fresh ingredients and WONDERFUL service!

Sun Feb 06 2022. 7 16pm The lady on the front desk was a little busy with a lot of orders. Could be nice if they hire more people. So the others don't take a lot of time to Be ready.
