We called to request a refund for the missing item and were told we needed to return to the restaurant to get it. It was a bit frustrating—not because of their response, but because it meant another hour-long drive back, and they would be closing in just 30 minutes. At that moment, I was so upset that I felt like I could take care of my 11-year-old. Despite my frustration, we made the trip back. When we arrived, they immediately prepared the popcorn chicken for us and asked how they could help. The quality of service was truly impressive. I asked if the entire order could be replaced so we wouldn’t have to go home with cold food, and without hesitation, the manager arranged for us to get a new order. This time, everything was correct, and as a nice gesture, we even received a free Pepsi because they had a surplus. It was a thoughtful touch.

The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! I definitely plan to eat here again. I prefer coming around lunchtime, as I believe it’s the tastiest time to visit.
