Tru Blu Social Club - West Fargo

The open table reservation did not work, the restaurant had not registered a booking for us when we arrived.

We were sitting on a large group of men who spoke loudly about the strippers they had preferred and cursed each other's word. it ruined all night.

My steak mine over boiled, but they cooked us another and it came perfect, they also took the steak of our bill, which was very nice. we will try. the ambiente and the look of the restaurant.

It was my mother's birthday, and my sister chose to take us to Tru Blu. My sister ordered the main dish, her husband had a sirloin, and my mother opted for an 8oz fillet, which actually turned out to be more like 5 ounces. My mother's boyfriend ordered the walleye, which was only about 3 ounces of fish accompanied by a pile of mashed veggies that resembled baby food. I chose the burger because I had heard it wasn’t worth the price at the YMCA. Unfortunately, all the meals were quite disappointing, and we definitely won't be returning. It wasn't worth the money, even if it had been half the price. Our server was also subpar; I handed him an entire plate of untouched food, and he didn’t even bother to ask why. I ended up getting Jimmy John's on the way home instead, which says everything you need to know about Tru Blu. Avoid it!

I made a reservation and arrived on time, but they weren't ready for us. The hostesses seemed unsure about using OpenTable. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a table at the bar. The atmosphere was too loud and open, lacking any sense of intimacy. I wasn't impressed with the à la carte menu either!
