Taco John's - West Fargo

The last three times I was there, the food was cold. It's like they pulled everything out of the freezer.

Slowest drive thru. Waited 25 min for 4 card to get served. Received the wrong menu item I ordered. Unfriendly drive thru employee.

This Taco John's is by the worst one in town they don't even warm your tacos up how don't you know that you won't get sick and it's not even worth going back to complain cause they won't fix it

Very disappointed, I stopped to get a chicken soft shell taco and an order of oles. Received barely warm oles. Ate oled as I drove out of town. Went to get my chicken taco out to eat, found out it was a beef taco. I do not and can not eat beef tacos. Call the store to tell them about the mistake and told them I was upset since I was 20 miles out of town. I was told they by the manager on duty they would send out coupons for their mistake but never received anything. Check your order before driving off!!!

For some reason my food was absolutely cold, they WERENT busy. The two tacos I ordered (just plain old tacos) were wet? Not even sure what or how? But they weren’t soggy. I’m talking, wet. I said “thank you” three times to the girl at the window and not once did she acknowledge me or say youre welcome. If you’re going to knowingly serve me bad food and be rude, don’t expect people to be coming back. Especially myself. Constantly disappointed at this location, will not revisit.
