Wow, we had planned to travel out of state for Thanksgiving, but due to unexpected weather changes, we had to cancel our plans. In the scramble to figure out dinner, I opted for a 19 lb. Valley Maid Smoked Ham since there wasn't enough time to thaw a turkey. We smoked the ham on our Traeger grill using apple cider and pineapple juice, basting it in brown sugar. It was, without a doubt, the best ham we've ever had! Thank you for making our Thanksgiving truly memorable!
