Jimmy John's - West Fargo

Older guy extremely rude. staff needs to be friendlier. there is absolutely no reason why a customer should be treated with disrespect for doing nothing wrong.

Staff should be nicer. I understand it’s lunchtime and you’re busy but ya gotta keep your cool and be friendly towards customers. Jersey Mikes 2 blocks away has great customer service….

I had never stopped in to a Jimmy John. The lady at the counter was very rude because I did not know what kind of sandwich i wanted. So I'll probably never return here again. She should have been a little nicer of being a first time customer.

The big guy was really rude. I explained that my husband ordered with my name but used his rewards so it could be under the names. Some other guy from the back easily found my order but the big guy decided to tell me to “Be more on top of it because those names are completely different.” I don’t know about you..but I surely don’t look to marry someone based off of if we have the same name ?.

Food is good but the politeness of the staff is hit or miss. There is however an older guy working there that is a dead ringer for Vito Spatafore on the tv show The Sopranos. Google him then go check out his body double at Jimmy John’s in West Fargo next to Costco!
