Domino's Pizza - West Fargo

I ordered the delivery tonight. His Saturday, so you expect it to be busy. The guy came and I gave him cash, no change as tip was included. He gave me a bag, said, had my sauces and napkins.. cool, no problem. I asked him if he was busy, not because it was Saturday, but because it was Easter weekend. He said he used to be busy. No saying. I checked my emails one last time. There was an email from Dominos.. not what we wanted, so here's something on us I got the free 60 pts.. but, I thought was cool, I didn't get over the time it took, but still something extra.. Thank you!

I want to sing the praise of the good people who work at the West Fargo Dominoes site! I ordered a pizza during a blizzard and they all worked so hard to keep up with all orders! If you are their boss, these people deserve a strong praise and appreciation for their hard work! The storm inspired many people to order pizza so much that she quickly collected a backlog that was crazy. They stopped taking new orders for pizza so they could catch up with demand. While waiting for my order, I saw people calling to place orders that were extremely rude and rude. The staff didn't leave them a bit in phase. They still treated the callers with dignity and respect, even if the callers did not show them the same courtesy. People should be really nicer to the workers who showed up.

Get my order in about 10 minutes!! After waiting and giving up on another pizza order over an hour, these guys saved the night by getting to us so fast. Fresh delicious pizza. Great job!

I don?t know about you, but I like my Alfredo non oily and with sauce. I have ordered from this location almost 1x every two weeks over a year and I ALWAYS order the same pasta, I?m disgusted by this. This week alone I have had 2 issues with this store. Update: the manager (Lance) I spoke with stated they would issue a refund and never did. I am not only out what was supposed to be my dinner but $40 as well. I am beyond upset about this. As someone who worked at a pizza place these actions and inedible food is not okay. The manager stated someone in training made the food but no one else was near the trainee nor checked my food. That?s not how training works.

Delivery of a Brooklyn style pizza. First pizza came without pepperoni after I ordered extra pepperoni. Called, Domino?s said they would send a second pizza which they did, without pepperoni also. It also looked like the delivery guy slammed it up against the door as the pizza was all askew in the box with toppings and cheese on the lid. I will never order Domino?s ever again. I?m a 16 year customer of that Domino?s and I believe it was all deliberate. The receipt photo is also included to show I ordered the extra pepperoni. Whatever those people get paid, it?s too much.
