Mcdonald's - West End

Please serve your food warmer. Stop making it and saying it's ready and giving us cold food. Take the time to cook it correctly and not to pass it along to the next employee to hand us our order to move the traffic. Disappointing

What kid doesn't want a milk shake. There's a kid in all of us. Fast and food was hot.

Went thru the drive thru. My burger was over done, not the right toppings, and cold. The wrapper had ketchup on it so I couldn't hold it in my lap top scrape it off, had to hold it up and a ketchup onion mustard mixture fell onto my new light grey shorts. I was furious! I don't like going there but anytime I'm in a hurry and have to go there, 9 times out if 10 it's wrong, cold, or over-done.

Very slow driving service. He waited for 15 minutes for a simple cookie, a hash brown and a small coffee. When I got into the window, I was told to pull up because they were made of coffee. From coffee. Unbelievable. I know most of us have come to expect this level of sub par performance from McDonald's, but this was also unacceptable by McDonald's low standards.

Great place for a quick bite for the kids, especially if you have a busy day ahead!!!???
