Mcdonald's - West Des Moines

This McDonald's has been here for as long as I can remember. Never had an issue. The busy intersection makes it take a minute to get in and out. Aside from that though very above average. I mean its still McDonald's. Seems to taste better here though, like fresher.

I gave a five star because of first impression, one of the smallest McDonald's I've ever been to, nice friendly staff, restaurant was clean and up to date an one of the best wheelchair accessible entrance I've seen at a business location very impressive and service was really great.

To all people that complain about bad Service in Jordan creek McDonald’s. Let my tell you something when you fine missing things it doesn’t mean that the staff and employees are bad. We as employees working to give you the best of what we can do to make you happy. So please don’t hurt others while they’re trying to give you something that you will leave the place and be happy about. We’re humans too and we get tired while we are giving you the best service. Remember that we have hearts and feelings.

I would like to say I've been having a lot of bad restaurant experience lately but u guys really made it great today.. employees were very polite and did job well.. food was all made correctly even for someone as picky as me... Thank you for a great experience...

I just ordered the ice cream, it was delicious. The dining area was clean. However, I had an issue with the women's restroom. There were no paper towels, only air hand dryers. This means employees have to open the door with their hands. I am worried that they may not wash their hands again before handling food.
