Domino's Pizza - West Des Moines

The alluring aroma of delicious pizza was impossible to resist and I couldn't wait to dig in on the way home. The thin crust with fresh ingredients was exactly what I had ordered. Despite the unusual circumstances, Domino's did an excellent job. Thank you for the great pizza! This store consistently delivers excellent service. Thank you.

When the pizza arrived, it was the wrong order. The driver was VERY courteous and apologetic. I give him HUGE points for that. He made sure my order was finally put through and delivered it. The pizza, however, was awful. Burned, dry and, because of that, tasteless. Very disappointing. I rarely order pizza anymore. I will not be ordering from Dominoes again. (I tip very well.

This store location did everything right.!!! Pizza was perfect. Perfect crunch and cooked right.

I ordered from dominos a while ago, and they have amazing customer service! I?m sticking with them from now on! I?m no longer ordering from other pizza places as I?ve had to wait forever!

The in-store pick-up special at this restaurant is worth mentioning and it adds a star to their rating. The pizza is decent, not gourmet but not terrible either.
