Burger King - West Des Moines

They were completely injustice to the hired there, the woman who had been through was also the work of the front register and the forwarding of the food that it was completely unprofessional of this company to put them in this situation

I ordered my eating at the drive thru, I came to the window and had a great order that asked me to park before the restaurant, no big thing. an older lady came and gave me my food and said loud words under her breath and was very rude and disrespectful. she had the worst. I won't come back, she's got to be fired.

Restaurant Dirty. Bathrooms dirty. Poorly run. Food quality below average. Will never visit again. Do yourself a favor and skip this location

The food was what was to be expected. However the whole store was dirty. Black grease mark right when you walk in the front door. The dinning room floor was sticky. Dirty tables, beverage station, and counter tops. Bathroom was horrible. Cleaning supplies and employees were just sitting around not doing anything

That old lady needs to be fired no hospitality I just took my money next door McDonald’s bad Business I like my whoppers but after that experience anything else is better than Burger King
