Przekaż informację zwrotnąBbops violates federal child labor laws at the Grimes location. August 24th our legislature was informed by the Department of Labor child labor laws have precedent over the new state laws sign in May.My 16 yr old will not be working full time AND going to school full time. He had to work until after 230am last night cleaning because the rest talked instead of worked. The manager has him closing and staying at work until 12:30am 3 school nights thus week and working almost 40 hrs. Effective today he is done. We'll spend our money else where and find him a different job. I'll be reporting this to the Department of Labor. Disgraceful Bbops takes advantage of minors like this. I've managed retail for almost 5 years and despite short staffing have never expected minors to put work over school obligations. I can't believe Bbops operates business this way.
Went to the Windsor Heights location this evening waited about 20 minutes in the drive-through just to get home and find out my burger didn’t even have a patty on it you have to be kidding me this place is a joke
B-Bops is a small burger stand where you can order food through a drive through or walk up to a window. While there is no indoor seating, there are plenty of tables set up outside with sun umbrellas. My son and I went to B-Bops late on a Saturday night, about 11:30pm. We ordered through the walk up window and sat outside. I ordered a sloppy joe with fries, my son had a double cheeseburger and fries. The food itself was good and it was reasonably priced compared to the big fast food chains. What impressed me was how friendly the staff was. The man taking our order read our order back to us because, in his words, he wanted to make sure his customers were happy with the right order and would come back again. While we were waiting another gentleman came to where we were just to ask how we were doing tonight and to make small talk. I also saw one employee ask another to taste one of the fries beforehand serving them to make sure they were good before serving. They were all just so friendly. While we were eating my son even asked me why they were so nice to people. I don’t get to Des Moines often, but now when I do I will definitely stop here. I would recommend anyone to eat here.
WOW! What a delicious burger. The meat had a nice grilled taste, the bread was soft, thick bacon and excellent cheese. It brought me back to those summer days grilling with my family and enjoying a nice backyard meal. Every bite was amazing! Also, the prices are just right
I went through the drive through in Ankney and got 7 cheeseburgers and 3 large chocolate shakes. I got home and one of my cheeseburgers had plastic in it!!!! I wouldn’t ever recommend this location to anyone
