Sizzler West Covina

The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially from Phil, who worked seamlessly with his female coworker. Phil, our waiter, went above and beyond to meet our needs even before his shift officially started. The food was delicious, and I was very satisfied with the Rib Eye Steak — it was juicy and had an excellent flavor. My steak was cooked to perfection at medium. The mushrooms were also delicious. We left very happy and will definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you!

Hello everyone, including my fellow veterans. I dined at the restaurant on Veterans Day, and it was a wonderful experience. My waiter, Jay, was extremely polite and attentive, and my food was served promptly. The salad bar was outstanding! Thank you, Sizzler, for your appreciation of veterans. Overall, everything was excellent, and all the staff did a fantastic job.

The West Covina Sizzler is fantastic. The restaurant is well-managed, clean, and well-maintained, with consistently excellent food. Our servers—Nicole, Jay, and Venus—were all friendly, attentive, and thorough in taking care of us. I appreciate how they check the steak for the desired level of doneness. Refills and requests are always handled promptly. The staff here are warm and nurturing, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food is always perfectly prepared to our liking, offering great value. We have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience.

The steak and salad bar were delicious. The Malibu chicken is definitely on the hill. The garlic bread was still very delicious. The soup was okay. The staff was nice and the location was clean. Ribeye and Sirloin were perfectly cooked. Ten out of ten.

We originally had a party of 30 for Sunday 10/9 the manager was great and trying his best to sit us together. The morning of, our party went down to 20, then at the time of our gathering it went down to 8. We decided to sit in there patio. They have a nice patio. We were glad to sit in their patio. We were able to be out loud selves. Nicole our server was great. She kept coming back to check on us. Kept us loaded with drink, plates, bowles, napkins and that delicious cheese toast.
