Panera Bread - West Covina

I didn’t receive the honey walnut cream cheese I paid for. I was supposed to get a tub of plain cream cheese and a tub of honey walnut cream cheese, but they only gave me one. This isn’t enough cream cheese for the office. I ordered it as a treat for Lunar New Year, and it’s disappointing to be shorted. It even states it on the receipt!

The prices are really excessive. The drink was the highlight of my experience. I've had much better chicken sandwiches for half the cost.

I ordered the cream of chicken and wild rice soup, as well as a bacon turkey sandwich, and both were incredibly tasty!

The Four Cheese Soufflé is simply exquisite! You definitely shouldn't miss the Asiago bagel with chive cream cheese either!

I've frequented Panera many times and have always appreciated the food and service. However, we had a few negative experiences with the previous manager, who is no longer employed there; he embarrassed us a couple of times for carrying our luggage. Thankfully, he's gone! The new managers have been incredibly kind to us, even treating us to breakfast on several occasions. Unfortunately, there are a few others who disrupt the experience for everyone, particularly some homeless individuals who leave the bathrooms messy, linger inside the restaurant, make noise, and rarely make purchases. I can relate, as we were once homeless, but we always made sure to respect local businesses and never caused any trouble. Kudos to Panera and their wonderful staff!
