Craft Hill - West Covina

So far so good and this is just for the cocktails! They busy opened up last week. They have a soft menu temporarily as they start to build clientele and staff. They have a location in Pasadena and Monrovia. This is their 3rd location. Stopped to get sushi next door and was stopped by a friendly hostess. She gave me a little tour and their story. Decided to have a cocktail, ok it was 2 while waiting for my sushi to be ready since I ordered it to go. The ambiance is modern yet inviting. They have a TV a bar area. The staff is friendly and welcoming. If tough stop by say hi to Kenneth and Gary, cocktail masters! Everything is fresh from the meat to the edible flower in the Desert Margarita. I didn't try the food but just the little they have right now read amazing that I decided to celebrate my birthday in 2 weeks on the 28th with them! I hope they succeed and that they keep up with the great friendly service. So if you're in the neighborhood stop by have a drink or two. You won't be disappointed! For those of you who are sensitive to gluten, this is a great place for you. At bonus, they have Tito Vodka which is gluten free! Tell Gary and Kenneth I recommend you...Cheers!

Love this place the food is excellent especially the ruben sandwich not much of a drinker anymore so I only drink coffee however all the younger crowd seem to love all the specialty drinks they make. I also had excellent service and the manager Eric was very knowledgeable about the culinary/alcohol business. I would highly recommend this place.

Love this place...gonna be a regular there. Spicy pizza was yummy and the sausage was nice a peppery and the crust had a nice garlic flavor...House salad was the best I have eaten in a long time, dressing was nice and light olive oil and fresh lemon juice and watching the bartenders make the drinks was like watching magic happen

Craft Hill is like a breath of fresh air to West Covina! We popped in on their first day of business and loved it! Handcrafted cocktails and a fantastic menu were just for starters. The staff was friendly, professional, and best of all, graciously answered our many questions about their establishment. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience and will definitely be back soon!!

I've now been to Craft Hill three times and each time it is a great experience. I'm not a drinker but you don't have to be; the food, friends and atmosphere is just great. You won't go wrong at Craft Hill.
