Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

It is one of the worst places I have ever been to. Whenever I go, they always give me the wrong order and I always change it again and they get upset when I say that the order is wrong. The establishment is always dirty. They have almost no cleanliness. The employees seem to be forced to work, the environment is very hostile, the worst thing was that I asked for a non-spicy meal and they gave me spicy food and I am allergic and thank God my family realized otherwise I would actually be in the hospital or they would change all the staff or It's better that they close that Popeye's, whoever goes checks the order, it doesn't matter that they get upset and check that the chicken is not old. Not enough people working. They seem to be more interested in Take Out or Druve thru or Grub Hut . While paying customers stand there looking say what??????? Not the Popeyes I grew up with in New Orleans

It has been a long time since I've eaten from Popeyes since the whole chicken sandwich deal. Tonight is my first time coming back to a Popeyes cause it was brought to my attention again. I visited the one on Augusta road in Columbia SC. I wasn't pleased simply because the person taking the orders for the drive through for no reason at all just had a lot of attitude. I had forgot to order an item and asked at the window if it was possible to order at the window. The girl didn't know so she turned to the girl who was taking the orders for the drive through and she got a complete attitude about the question. Took a lot out of me to keep my husband from going inside. Like dang! Just go home. I get ppl to through stuff but baby I ain't did it to you. I work as well and be not feeling work as well but you know what I put on a smile and treat ppl kindly.

Don't pick up delivery orders here. They don't start cooking until you get here....which is not profitable for us at all.

The drive through line is miserable, the inside wait experience is as pleasant as a car accident, but it's worth it because it's the best chicken sandwich. The blackened chicken is also pretty good
