Papa Johns Pizza - West Columbia

This restaurant is not a good choice for delivery. It took almost two hours to receive the pizza, and by the time it arrived, it needed to be reheated in the oven. The order was simple - just 2 medium pizzas and cheese bread - yet it still took a long time and wasn't worth the money. Marco's is a better option for cheaper and faster delivery.

I have ordered from this restaurant several times. Unfortunately, they consistently make mistakes with my order. I asked for cheese sauce and received pizza sauce instead. The food is delicious, but I just wish they would be more attentive to the details.

I placed my order at 9:09, and was told it was ready for pickup. However, I waited until 9:52 and had to go through the drive-thru line twice before being informed by the manager that my wings were not in the oven. This is unacceptable and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Service: 1 Star

The order was nearly 45 minutes late, likely not freshly prepared, and arrived very cold. The delivery service was lacking. This meal was for dinner and cost $50-100 per person. The food quality, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1 out of 5. The only recommended dish was the breadsticks.

I decided to give them another try tonight, but the delivery time was an hour. When it reached 1.5 hours, I called and was told that they couldn't find my house. They claimed to have come by and no one was there, even though we were waiting on the porch with all the lights on and our house number clearly displayed on the mailbox. In the past year, we have ordered from them a dozen times and more than half of our orders were missing items. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I will never order from them again. Tonight, I was told that they only have a few drivers. If that is the case, they should not take more orders than they can handle. Being short-staffed is understandable, but this level of incompetence is unacceptable.
