No. 1 China - West Columbia

I’ve ordered from here a few times over the last 3 years and the food is decent Chinese takeout, it’s what you’d expect. However, the lady who runs the front is rude and confrontational for absolutely no reason. I’ve seen her make fun of people after they leave the restaurant and watched her talk down to people due to a language barrier. I stopped ordering from them for quite sometime after she tried to give me the wrong food and when I pointed out that it wasn’t my order, she became defensive and rude, honestly I was embarrassed for her but just let it go. Tonight was icing on the cake, her poor attitude has cost them yet another customer and while I’m sure they can survive without my support, with customer service as poor as that, it won’t take long before 1 becomes 5 and 5 becomes 10 and so forth.

Well I've eaten there for over 20 years and the prices have soared and quantity and quality of the food has decreased. Ill be damned if I will continue to eat there and them increasing pricies like they have. I can cook anything on that menu for half the price. Unnecessary price increases and price gauging.

So I rarely leave negative reviews but this is a special occasion. So my wife placed a simple Togo order. Sesame chicken combo with fried rice and a sweet and sour chicken combo one extra eggroll and a hot and sour soup. I go in to pick it up and being a part of the service industry i pull put cash to tip them even tho I did not eat inside. We finally get home as we do not live close by. I open the food and realize they left a key thing out. The sweet and sour sauce. I called them and let them know and all she could say was, oh?? Oh I sorry inexplain I 'm driving back from a distance to get it and she doesn 't offer me a drink or anything for having to waste gas yo come back and get what I ordered. Come on you aren 't a fast food restaurant and you weren 't busy. I tipped pretty well and didn 't even get angry with you and all I get is sorry? Obviously they aren 't interested in keeping customers. I will not eat there ever again. I wasnt looking for anything free but for them to just say sorry like it 's no big deal is really not good enough. I 'm sure with my tip and the gas spent driving there I paid 14 over what I should have. Anyways I 'm sorry for the long book I wrote I 'm just pretty dissappinted in this place.

20.00 Dollars for a plate of food I'm not going back

I've been coming here for about five years and never had any issues. The food is always hot and fresh, made to order, and a good portion. I have NEVER experienced bad customer service here! I will say it's easier to order online due to a language barrier, but so what? Then it's ready when you walk in and you don't have to wait! I wouldn't recommend dining in because it's an older place with bad 90s aesthetic, but it's great for takeout! By far the best takeout around!!
