Casa Oaxaca Mexican - West Columbia

I ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats and ended up spending more than I expected. I requested extra salsa with my meal, specifically for the 7-cheese dip, but they didn't include any salsa at all. Additionally, the beans, cheese, and guacamole had an unusual flavor that I just didn't enjoy.

These folks truly know what they're doing! From my very first bite of rice, I knew we were in for a treat—it was unexpectedly creamy and full of flavor. I opted for a classic dish: a beef burrito with rice and beans, and it brought me pure joy while being quite filling. My mom thoroughly enjoyed her taco salad, and I couldn’t resist stealing bites of the taco shell; it was incredibly flaky and crispy. My cousin, who claimed to dislike peppers, found himself won over by his Quesadilla. We all adored the refreshing cilantro salsa. The service was friendly and modern, and the place itself was beautiful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience that perfectly complemented our journey back from the beach. We decided we should take this route every year just to stop for lunch at Casa Oaxaca!

The service was excellent. A young lady attended to our group of about 20, and she worked diligently and effectively. The food was decent—no one voiced any major complaints, but I have had better Mexican cuisine at other places. I would consider returning if someone wanted to meet there again. The chips and salsa were enjoyable. Several guests in our party ordered margaritas and strawberry daiquiris, and the daiquiris were a huge hit; many people ended up ordering more because they were so good. However, the margaritas were another story. My wife, who rarely complains about drinks, said she would never order a margarita again, and nobody in our group wanted a second one. Everyone who tried the margaritas agreed—they weren't well-liked.

Little jewel! So happy we heard from this place of tons of food. The birria tacos are amazing! Place is clean and staff is super friendly! We'll try more again!

Everything on their menu looks delicious, but what keeps me coming back everytime are the tlayudas! They're one of the only places in the area that serves them, and they do it so well. Everything is full of flavor, and you can tell the ingredients are high quality. If you love Mexican cuisine, this restaurant is a go-to spot! Can't wait to try everything they have!
