Bojangles - West Columbia

Not from the area. On the way from Colorado to South Carolina. Miss Linda was on her game. Some of the best customer service I had in a long time. All workers were friendly and attentive. The meal was fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend these bojangles. Thank you, Miss Linda.

20211203 stopped by around 5 pm and there was no lines. I asked for 1 leg and 2 thighs, and got 2 legs and a tiny thigh. Oh well. maybe that's what they have. The chicken was hot, freshed cooked. My dog lives her Bojangles. 20211202 stopped by around 6:45 tonight. More chicken dinner for my pups. The lady at the drive thru was so nice. I love going to Bojangles. All that I have visited consistently have such nice employees!! The chicken is delicious!! Thanks! 20211101 Was here around 7 pm, no lines. The nice man at the drive thru window was so nice. I asked if him to make sure it's dark meat in the box, and he said that he personally put the chicken in the box. I got back to the hotel... oh my, the dark meat pieces were hot out of the fryer. So freshly cooked. One of my pups love Bojangles and she had it for dinner. Thanks!! I will probably come back before I head home.

The fish meal doesn't include the drink, I don't know why the called a meal. the fish was overcooked I didn't see much meat inside and they show in the menu a fish on 2 slices of bread but the gave me just the fish . The fries taste so bad and dry I guess overcooked to and the small baggie was half empty. Costumer service is good but you guys don't need to sell fish..

It was a pleasure to sit down and enjoy a meal while listening to uplifting contemporary Christian music. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were very courteous.

I'm not from the area and was traveling from Colorado to South Carolina when I stopped by this Bojangles.
