The Lincoln Room - West Chester

I had a great experience with the food and tea at this restaurant. The atmosphere is amazing! The service was top-notch and incredibly friendly. The restaurant also has an intriguing history. Later, while strolling through West Chester, our server even waved and beeped at us! I highly recommend this spot!

I often visit this lovely restaurant with my mother and aunt, and it truly is the best place around. The tea is remarkable, and the sandwiches are simply divine. The owner and the staff are exceptionally friendly, and the atmosphere of the place is wonderfully inviting. They frequently introduce new and innovative food and drink options, and they're always open to engaging in pleasant conversation. The tea sandwiches are superb, the quiches are delicious, and the desserts are not only delightful but also always changing. Every salad and appetizer I've tried has been fantastic. I always find myself wanting to order more than I can possibly eat. I couldn't recommend this place more strongly; it's truly a hidden gem in West Chester.

I’d like to highlight that I had my toddler with me (as my babysitter canceled at the last minute), and Amy was incredibly kind and accommodating towards her! I had initially booked an online reservation at the Simpson Room, but I'm really glad they didn't accept it for unknown reasons—it turned out to be a blessing! There’s no way that place could have compared to the amazing food and service we experienced at the Lincoln Tea Room. I highly recommend it and give it two enthusiastic thumbs up!

My sisters and I visited this charming shop several years ago, and although I don't remember what we ate, I do remember that we had a lovely time. The food was good, and the service was excellent. I'm a history buff, so I was particularly interested to learn of the connection to our 16th president, which was detailed with photographs and notes about the president. A fitting tribute is the marker from the PA Historical Commission. Very enjoyable experience, and I strongly recommend this shop to anyone interested in learning lesser known facts about President Lincoln while enjoying their meal away from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

Fantastic range of teas and amazing eats. Every sandwich was tasty and they offer a vegetarian variety. Best to call ahead and check that they accept cards as it is mostly cash only but well worth a trip.
