I reached out to the manager to raise my concerns, but there has been no follow-up. The rims of the cups are all flattened! Additionally, the lines are consistently the slowest I've seen, and the flavor of the drinks lacks consistency.

I come here every week and I have built such a great relationship with Kathy at Starbucks. She’s the absolute best at making drinks but also her going out her way to communicate with me other customers about their personal lives really makes a difference and starts my day off on the right foot for me. I love coming here!
After calling a manager and returning with the receipts, the manager claimed we were argumentative, based solely on what her employee told her, although she had not witnessed the interaction. Additionally, I noticed that the employee took money from the tip jar to make change instead of using the register, which is generally considered improper and can complicate cash drawer management.
I arrived expecting them to be open, as the hours listed everywhere indicate they're supposed to be. However, they closed early and refused to serve me at 1:30. Disappointing experience!
