Kfc - West Chester

I really enjoy the fries and chicken bowls with mashed potatoes, gravy, and corn at this restaurant. Next time, I plan to try the made-to-order chicken sandwich, as I have heard they are much tastier than other fast-food fried chicken sandwiches.

The restaurant is typically very good, however, during my visit today they were out of the original menu item I wanted. Additionally, they forgot to give me plastic utensils and my Sierra Mist turned out to be just plain soda water with no flavor. The drive-thru had a long wait, causing two cars in front of me to give up and leave. Once I finally placed my order, they were able to quickly prepare and fulfill it.
