Duck Donuts - West Chester

The donuts here are absolutely beautiful, delicious, and warm, and the staff is extremely helpful! I will definitely come back again!

When we attempted to place our order, one of the workers, who had multicolored hair, was seated behind the register on her phone, not paying us any attention. We had to repeatedly indicate that we were ready to order before she finally looked up, abruptly put her phone down, and began tapping on the computer. Additionally, the donut assembly area was filthy, with what appeared to be dried icing crusted on the counter for days. After we received our donuts, the worker simply slid them across the counter without acknowledging that they were ours, despite other customers waiting. Once we got home and opened the boxes, not only were the donuts a mess, but two of them were completely incorrect. Overall, I am very disappointed with my first experience at Duck Donuts.

Cute little hole in the wall. Delicious, made to order donuts that melt in your mouth. A plethora of toppings from Oreo to peanut butter drizzle. Pair with rich fresh black coffee, or fancy espresso drinks like the cookie butter white mocha. They also will cater with a donut wall.

On Friday we were here to check the donuts. The selection was great, and the customer service was top notch. 6 Donuts for the road home. The family loved the Bacon maple. The costs were a bit per donut, but for a special occasion this is a big stop.

Monday morning the place was a bit of a mess (un weathered counters, napkins on the ground, etc., and the poor individual worker seemed to be stressed there. Looks like the place left without cleaning the day before. Donut and coffee were good, but the owners must make sure that the place is for customers.
