Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

The food was just ok. The restaurant was not clean. The bathroom smells of raw sewage. Our server was the only one who had on a clean uniform. There were several walking around with holes all through their shirts. We eat out very rarely and would like that experience to be a pleasant one. We will probably not come back for a while. Hopefully they can improve in that time.

Best place to go for low carb, their lettuce wrap burgers and sweet potato fries are the best we get burgers and share a basket of fries

Service was very average waited for drink refills multiple times and dinner entries weren't correct when we received them. Missing items from order on grandkids order and didn't get them until almost everyone was ready for desert....

We came in on Saturday it was busy but crowded. Ordered food and we waited and then waited some more when we finally got are food it was lukewarm at best almost cold So disappointed not what you would expect for 100.00 dollars we won’t be back

Update to my previous good review from 3-4 years back. I ate here on Father's Day (2024) after a long time and I'm sad to say the RR burgers have gone down hill. I ordered what I thought was my usual smoke and pepper which as I remembered used to be a gourmet burger (comparative to others on the menu) with pepper on the beef and a nice slice of pepper jack cheese and peppered bacon. What I got was running the mill burger no seasoning, american cheese and cold hard bacon with a side of cold onion rings. Sorry to have lost a good burger place but I don't recommend going here
