Potbelly Sandwich Shop

We ordered sandwiches, one with cheese and the other without. When we received our order, it appeared that there was no cheese on either sandwich. We informed the cashier who made the sandwiches, and he promptly made us a new sandwich with cheese and even gave us a free cookie. Later, we discovered that the original sandwiches did have cheese. When we returned the sandwich and cookies, the cashier was understanding, polite, and professional. We don't know his name, but on 5/19/2022 at 18:00, he was working the register and making sandwiches. Excellent service.

I have visited this restaurant several times and each time has been a positive experience. The sandwiches are delicious and the service is excellent.

This was my first visit to the restaurant and I will definitely go back again. I ordered the original Steak sandwich without the blue cheese and asked for double provolone instead. It was very tasty and the vegetables were fresh and delicious.

Very similar to subway with high quality ingredients, bread, but much less options. Love the interior of the building and vibe.

Love this place. Friendly staff, good food, fast and convenient. Nice atmosphere.
