P.f. Chang's West Chester

Food is always pretty good. The service at the particular PF Changs is extremely slow. Took of us almost hours for dinner.

We were seated immediately upon arrival amongst a pretty large wait line. Great food service!

Most people know what they're getting with P.F. Chang's. I thought the food was really good, although the menu is not what it used to be. Evidently, they no longer have Scallops, and it's been since they have?? Service was pretty good. The ambiance was mediocre. Tables were not neatly placed and I could still see the towel wipes. The lighting felt harsher and the overall feel of the place was not soft The overall value is mediocre. The value for food and wine is not bad at all, but the overall experience should be better managed I will go back and I would recommend P.F. Chang's, but I feel like the franchise is slipping.

Hideous. reservation. Never got seated. Waited hour then gave up and left. Kept saying another to minutes totally out of control...

We made a reservation for on open table but didn’t get seated until Then it took another min to get my cocktail and our appetizer. I understand that they are likely understaffed and I felt bad about it but we were hungry so it was frustrating .Thankfully we were not in a hurry. The good thing is that when we did get our food it was very good.
