Ihop - West Chester Township

That was one of the worst experiences we ever had. we went on Friday, and they were already on the staff. the management was so short after we wait 30 minutes to get a table, we were finally brought to a table. the waitress immediately asked what we wanted to drink. we said coffee, she said she'd be right back. After 15 minutes she came back and gave us our coffee. another 15 minutes until our order has been taken. we have the actual eating 45 minutes after the meal order. we had to ask for cutlery and we couldn't get any refill on our coffee. the waitress never came back to our table to ask if we wanted to refill. but she put our neck down and she came back to get our card. she has a good tipp, although the service was terrible. it wasn't her fault they were so close. she could have checked us a few times, but she didn't.

Within the restaurant it takes 30-40 minutes to be served with 6 customers in the building. this is based on 3 experiences. the pick-up service is in order, it was only 10 minutes too late at 2 locations. the staff is great and friendly and eating is great. so it really needs delicious just a few time to get the experience. the most attractive is the 24/7 service.

Space was not packed, but they must have been underoccupied as many places at the moment. our waitress tried to maintain and move quickly. Unfortunately we had to wait until our food had gone to drink every coffee after the first couple warming during the wait for food. it came quickly, but the overall experience was not what they expected. the waitress could have been confused because of my coffee, because the sirup was brought out in a coffee cup. it was on the way to home from the early break, so they might have been more busy than usual, but as I said, the restaurant had some open places.

Love the over 55 menu! good coffee. omelettes, pancakes are the speciality

They gave us syrup in a coffee cup and then once asking for ketchup and silverware (which we didn't get silverware once we sat down) she comes back with ketchup packets and plasticware when other tables around us had silverware and ketchup bottles. Missing food, once receiving the food it was cold; I work in a restaurant and I tried to be nice but this is horrible. Not once did she come back and ask if we needed anything.
