This place has all the potential. However, it is terribly managed and no accountability is ever taken. Schedules, when to sign up for leagues, when/how to pay for leagues, is all on a case-by-case basis and there are NO standardized business practices. They do not provide refs for doubles leagues, even though you are individually paying just as much as other leagues. Schedules often get posted the day before your game. They don't apologize, give you any kind of credit, or provide updates to customers. The owners don't seem to care about complaints even though the majority of players are fed up. Just do better.

I've been playing here for 2+ years and my team has decided to quit for the sole reason of schedule releases. The scheduling is terrible. We don't receive the schedule times until the day before making it nearly impossible to arrange childcare. And then they added 10pm games? We pay too much money to not know when/if we play. This place has SO much potential but is ran terribly. There is absolutely no thought in place of the customer. I'll take my money down the street.

Love playing here. Atmosphere and staff have always been great but scheduling is an absolute nightmare. We barely get 24 hours notice for game times.
