Turquoise Kitchen - West Bromwich

I have visited this restaurant multiple times and we usually order the grilled seabass. The quality of the food can be inconsistent, with varying portion sizes - sometimes large, sometimes small. Unfortunately, I always seem to receive the smaller portion. The customer service can also be lacking, with staff sometimes coming across as unfriendly and unaccommodating. During our last visit, a waitress's long hair fell into one of our plates and despite me pointing it out multiple times, she seemed unsure of how to handle the situation. Eventually, she offered to replace the dish but the experience left me feeling uncomfortable. The overall standard of the food has declined over time and I am unsure if I will return in the future, especially given that we did not receive any discount for the hair incident.

The food was delicious, but the service was poor and the staff was rude. I would rate the food a 5, service a 1, and atmosphere a 4.

I have been to this restaurant multiple times and each visit has been a delight. The decor is stunning, the food is incredible, and the staff are attentive and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

This was my first time dining here and I was extremely impressed with the beautifully cooked food and prompt service. The manager, Tango Mango, was a wonderful host. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

This restaurant is a complete rip-off! The service is poor and the take-away food is overpriced with ridiculously small portions for an adult meal. The prices do not match the amount of food you receive. The quality of the meal was disappointing and the service was subpar. Our meals were incomplete, with missing sides and cold food. When we raised our concerns with the staff, they dismissed them quickly. I would suggest avoiding ordering from this restaurant, especially when it costs nearly £100 for a take-away meal for a family of 5 adults who were not satisfied. I do not recommend this restaurant and will not be ordering from here again.
