Przekaż informację zwrotnąKnowing that it was past 10pm in Branson on Sunday evening pre-season masses, drive-thru line was longer than usual but moving along quickly!I'm new to the Taco Bell app and really just confused on how to use it in the drive thru.....note to self . Maybe call ahead before you use their app. Because they're not willing to help you and they will tell you to pull out of their line to use. It was not impressed with the employee that I understand was under a lot of pressure which is why I'm not naming names. But we'll state that if the employee doesn't know how to use the website.How is the customer going to know how to use the Navigate it correctly!
I come here late nights after 15-16 hour shifts, I understand both sides of customer service. I know work days can be stressful but at the window -Monica- is always so kind and professional I can definitely appreciate that as well as the whole staff. The good and hard work definitely doesn’t go unnoticed ? good job guys.
Place was busy as hell but got in and out within 10 minutesParking: Small parking lot and it's weirdly designed.
No baby changing station in family bathroom. Doesn't take cash. Enjoy the diaper in the parking lot
They do not give you any other choice but to use the kiosk to order. Not good customer service. If you have to do their job, you should get an employee discount.
