Mcdonald's In Bloom - West Bloomington

Typical McDonald's experience here. I went through the drive through for breakfast and was able to get through quickly. The parking lot was clean and ready to get in out of. This location has a 24 hour drive through available, which is nice for those with late night cravings!

The food is very clearly mcdonalds, but the service here has been beyond terrible every time I go. One time I ordered online and arrived 1 or 2 minutes early. I was glad to wait an extra 10 cause they were busy, but 10 went by and I was barely even acknowledged or asked my order name. I ended up waiting about 45 minutes that day just standing there. Nobody seemed to care. At least the food was hot. I've had other bad experiences, but today I decided to leave a bad review. As I pulled into the drive thru the man on the mic was super friendly. It was pretty quick that I realized he was high out of his mind. I ordered 2 meals and as he was putting the second meal on he forgot he was even speaking to me. He then added stuff on there I didn't order, acknowledged it without me having to say anything, and said he would take it off as I pulled through. When I waited in the line at the window, an older lady was trying to feed the guy in the drive through window something random out of a McDonald's cup. Obviously, trying to be polite, he chatted a bit and took one. She closed the window on him and didn't even take the money he had been trying to give them for forever. When it was my turn, the gentleman i spoke to first took over the window and couldnt even tell what eas happening. He mostly just giggled. As I got through, I still got charged for the food I didn't order. I received it anyway so I just took it and left knowing it wasn't worth going back.

We all know what we're getting at McDonald's. Some do it better than others. This one has always been good for me. I've never had to wait long. I ate there last night and it was fresh even during off peak hours. And in the app it's cheap. 7 bucks for a 6 piece nugget (not bk) double cheeseburger and small fries. All good.

We've been going here for 30 years, this place rocks. They get it absolutely perfect most every time.

Employee was rude and disrespectful. Don’t go there in the morning, the person working the register is not a kind person.
