Such a hidden gem! Fried rice was absolutely delicious, get the appetizer platter. You won’t be disappointed. The staff are so friendly and kind, will definitely be a returning customer.

Ordered carry out because my usual place was closed on Tuesday’s. I got orange chicken and general tsos with cream cheese wontons. Both chicken dishes were soggy and lukewarm…and it didn’t take me long to pick up my food either. The breading on the orange chicken was thick and separated from the meat and the chicken was dry and over cooked in both. The flavor of both sauces was, as my partner put it “ exceptionally mediocre.” The white rice was undercooked and chewy.I was excited the cream cheese wontons came in an order of 10, but little did I know that the cream cheese for the equivalent of 4 wontons would be distributed across that 10. There was quite literally only about a quarter teaspoon of cream cheese in each one. Unfortunately this place really really missed the mark. We aren’t even going to bother with the leftovers, straight to the trash.

It's hard to find old school Chinese food and Hunan's dishes came out quick and all the proteins and vegetables were cooked well. It's worth the 25-30 minute drive.

If you are looking for good Chinese food in the Bloomington area, this would definitely be my pick! The honey walnut chicken is delicious, and the staff is super friendly.

Excellent food. Some of the best Chinese food in Minnesota. I'm going to go as far as saying best Chinese food in the US.
