Spent a week at this hotel and went down to the bar/restaurant every night. Staff were great and so was the food. Might be a MN thing but $10 for a beer was a little crazy but it is what it is. Not gonna give them a lower rating over that.
The menu was small. The waiter was so attentive. The decor was ok. We started with the burnt ends. They were really good. I got the Moroccan salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly, but the spices that were put on it had no flavor. The couscous was amazing. All in all, an ok
This is a great little bar and grill in Hilton. Great tasting food, and if you hit the bar and Will is working he is a great guy. Enjoy the time there!
I stayed at the Hilton for business during the week and having a restaurant on the hotel property is ideal. Unfortunately this restaurant was not the greatest at service or food. Firstly the service was incredibly slow. I got to the restaurant shortly before six in the evening and didn 't get to eat until five till seven. It took a long time to be seated and even longer to have my order taken. They were not busy at that time with only three other tables. The food really looked good, but unfortunately didn 't taste good. I had the famous pork loin. It was over cooked, dry, and tough. That 's a real shame since it was same price as a steak. The vegetables sides dishes were really good. So, that 's a plus. No refills on my drinks. That 's a real bummer, I need something to help the pork loin. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, I 'd say real posh, beautifully decorated and quiet. It 's just let down by service and the Costco frozen pork loin.
