Ordered food for pick up to get to the store and they closed 2 hours or more early. What a mess to get my order canceled and refunded.The subs themselves are delicious!
Poor customer service from a 20 year manager rediculing a teenager for a legit coupon then hanging up the phone on me when I asked for the owners contact information. As a small business owner in Washington Co who works in the service industry this is the worst experience I have ever encountered with an individual thats in management.Edit: Its been over a week since I asked for the owner to call me and discuss and no call. I 'm sure the experienced manager didn 't give him my contact information after she hung up on me....
Typically have no issues with this place, however today when watching my wrap being built it seemed that there wasn’t enough meat being put on my wrap, so I asked and was met with “that’s what it is”, not wanting to make a scene I let it go but it didn’t seem right. Looked up the spicy Italian wrap when I got home and it says it has double the meat. The lady behind the counter made me feel uncomfortable and like I was bothering her, not a good experience at all!
Restaurant was dirty, the food cases looked like they haven’t been cleaned in awhile and food was all mixed up with each other (if you’re worried about cross contamination) vegetables looked old and and didn’t taste fresh at all. Got a toasted sub and bread was still soft and flimsy but the meat tasted bad and was crunchy like it was old and reused, I’ve never experienced that ever with a sub, toasted or not. Couldn’t finish food without feeling sick. Wouldn’t return to this location.
