Domino's Pizza - West Bend

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The sandwiches were very small and the vegetable sub had burnt cheese on it. Additionally, my order came out quickly but I ended up having to pay more than I was initially told.

On March 21st, 2024 at 8:00pm, I arrived to pick up my order at the restaurant. I waited for 3-5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. The three employees working all appeared to be teenagers, and were wearing AirPods while listening to music. After checking my order in my car, I realized that I was missing the 6 dipping sauces that I had paid for. I returned to the restaurant and the employee kindly admitted that he had overlooked the sauces on the order. My order included a 12 Pepperoni Pizza, 4 Garlic Sauce, Stuffed Cheesy Bread, and 2 Marinara Sauce.

Haven't ordered from Domino's in years, but just had to try the new $19.99 special. It was AWESOME! The pizzas were cooked EXACTLY the way we like them, cheese just a little brown, and the parm bites were to die for. We chose to pick up our order (West Bend) and the employees were very polite and friendly. We will be making this a monthly (or bi-weekly) occasion.

Nothing wrong with the food itself, it’s more the delivery driver Valerie. Who bullies someone into tipping more? Got really angry with my tip and expected me to give her more which I stated I already applied tip money and she went on a rant how people like me take advantage of delivery drivers (I’m a delivery driver myself) and how I’m a POS and slammed my food on my hands and stoned off slamming the complex doors. Most recently I had my partner order and she was the delivery driver, again started to berate my partner about tipping and how it’s her fault her kids can’t eat tonight. This is so unprofessional and wrong to bully someone for tip money. Will not be ordering delivery from this dominos in west bend as long as she’s employed

Awesome Food and service but the lobby is tiny. Not recommended to dine in.
